It has been an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Audrey Rorrer over the last two years. I have learned so much given her expertise in computer science education, research and evaluation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Rorrer has advised me on how to write and develop informative evaluation reports, work with multiple stakeholders, as well as how to prepare strong research presentations. Dr. Rorrer has a strong ability to lead research projects and a cutting-edge research agenda that is vital to improving educational opportunities for both K-12 and college students. Ultimately, working with Dr. Rorrer has given me the confidence and skillsets needed to become a professor and research evaluator and I am very thankful and appreciative for her sound mentorship.
